Powerful engine

The Lumag RAMBO HC10 Wood chipper is fitted with a powerful and reliable premium brand Loncin G200 4 stroke overhead valve engine. You will find this engine easy to start and very reliable and with 6 HP its more than powerful enough to get the job done.

Chipping System

The wood chipper is fitted with a duplex drum system driven by a twin belt drive. The duplex drum system has 2 Blades and counter blade. As the drum spins the blade chips the material against the counter blade. When the blades are worn out they can be rotated for further use.

Chasiss

The RAMBO HC10 Wood Chipper is designed to be easy to move around. The intake hopper is fitted with handles allowing you to tilt the chipper back on its large pneumatic tyres and push the machine around your garden with relative ease.

Hoppers

The intake hoppers are large and allow the feeding of “wonky branches” into the chipper with minimal pre-cutting. As with all chippers you will get the odd blockage. The intake hopper in hinged, so with the removal of 2 nuts you can hinge the hopper open quickly and easily aiding the clearing of blockages. The Lumag RAMBO HC10 also features the 360deg swivel chute on the outlet allowing you to a direct the chippings where you need them.

Use

These are great little chippers and ideal for chipping branches around your garden with a maximum size of 10cm. You will find 10cm branches slow work and if you regularly need to process wood of this size, we suggest a bigger machine. From experience we have found that for continuous work the machine is ideal for material around 60-80mm (or 2-3”). This machine is a wood chipper as apposed to a Chipper shredder (or Shedder), So leafy branches, and woody shrubs work well, but the machine is not suitable for use solely with green waste such as leave.
