A tough, reinforced cutter deck designed to cut fully – even in wet weather

The Countax XRD is a new generation cutter deck built on the same platform as our legendary Interactive Blade System.

Unlike almost all other cutters available on the market, the XRD has three contra-rotating blades. This makes the deck highly efficient and it leaves almost no grass uncut. Clippings are thrown to the rear of the deck in to the path of the Powered Grass Collector. (PGC)

The 122cm (48″) XRD deck is reinforced with a steel impact bar to protect it from the knocks and bumps of everyday use.

HGM Deck (High Grass Mulching)

Make short work of tall grass, brambles and nettles.

When the going gets really tough, the Countax High Grass Mulch (HGM) deck is in a class of its own.

Using the same principles as an agricultural mulcher, the HGM deck is capable of cutting thick, long grass, brambles, thistles and scrub. Chains located at the front and rear prevent the grass from being completely flattened and stop it escaping before being cut. Six hardened steel mulching blades cut multiple times, with the resulting mulch left on the ground to decompose.
